Spent 500 dollars on a machine that has not worked for one full season in the last four since purchased. Customer service is a joke...wait 20 plus minutes on hold while you hear 80 times that your time is valuable. Their solution, pay to ship the unit back...pay 110 dollars so we can fix the defective machine and then wait till it breaks again in 3 weeks. Save your money.
